Blount Brothers Construction
Blount Brothers Construction came to the Port in August of 2001. This local company distributes rock and sand, builds barges and bids on specialized construction projects such as the construction of the floating marina at the Stoner Boat Launch and construction of the Port's new slack-water harbor.
Chemtrade Logistics
Chemtrade Refinery Service Inc. - Shreveport facility is located on LA Highway 1 on 130 company-owned acres.
Chemtrade manufactures, stores, and transfers sulfuric acid and sodium bisulfite. Spent acid from refineries and sulfur are the key raw materials used. Sulfuric acid is used in petroleum product refinement; pulp and paper manufacturing; copper, steel and metal fabrication; fertilizer, chemical, textile, explosive and paint manufacturing; soap and detergent production; and water treatment.
Chemtrade is one of the world's largest suppliers of sulfuric acid, liquid sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sodium hydrosulfite (SHS), and a leading processor of spent acid, particularly in the U.S. Gulf Coast region. They are also a leading regional supplier of sulfur and sodium chlorate. Chemtrade is one of only two North American producers of phosphorous pentasulfide. The company also produces zinc oxide at three North American locations.
Chemtrade adheres to the Responsible Care Guiding Principles for environmental protection and worker health and safety.
The plant was constructed in 1970 for Olin Corporation. The facility became Arch Chemicals in 1999 when Olin spun off a specialty chemicals division including plants in Shreveport and Lake Charles. In July 2003, the facility was purchased by Peak Sulfur, Inc. In August, 2005, Peak Sulfur was acquired by Chemtrade Logistics. Chemtrade's headquarter is located in Toronto, Canada.

Davison Terminal Service, Inc.
Davison Terminal Service, Inc. (DTS) is a Louisiana corporation headquartered in Ruston. It began operation at the Port of Caddo-Bossier in September of 2001. The company stores and distributes caustic fluids and oils. The DTS tank farm boasts a 125,000-barrel capacity.
The company also plans to re-locate its truck terminal, currently located at the Downtown Airport, to the Port. Offering on-site trucking services will further enhance cluster synergies at the Port. Coupled with their operations at Red River Terminals, DTS is truly a multi-modal facility, providing truck, rail and barge access.
Oakley Louisiana
Oakley Louisiana, Inc. leases ten acres for a bulk terminal facility including dock and 52,000 sq. ft. multi-bin warehouse for various types of fertilizers. A $4 million project of Bruce Oakley, Inc. of North Little Rock, Arkansas, the facility began operation in April 1999.
Bruce Oakley started business back in 1968 with two trucks hauling fertilizer and grain in the Little Rock area. Today the parent company and its subsidiaries provide complete dry bulk transportation and storage services, moving all types of material by truck, barge and rail. The parent company owns and operates similar projects at four private ports in three states. Their facility at the Port is the company's first in a public port and its first operation in Louisiana.
Bruce Oakley was the first company to use the Port's facilities. In 1995, before the Port was open, some 3,000 tons of fertilizer arrived by barge at the just-completed general cargo dock for off-loading to trucks for distribution to Oakley customers.
Omni Specialty Packaging
Omni Specialty Packaging (OSP) is a state-of-the-art blending and packaging facility located on 30 acres at the Port of Caddo-Bossier. This ideal location allows for receiving & shipping base oils and other finished lubricants & chemicals via barge, rail and truck.
An award-winning manufacturer, distributor and supplier, Omni strives for excellence with its focus on quality products, and its top priority, customer satisfaction. OSP is an ISO 9002 certified company. Outgoing freight is distributed to more than 10,000 different locations (LTL and FTL) nationally and internationally via packaged truck, bulk truck, rail and barge. The onsite and offsite warehousing space is approximately 300,000 sq. ft. in storage capacity.
The manufacturing and packaging facility has seven state-of-the-art packaging lines. The company uses these lines to fill bottles at rates ranging from 250 to 450 bottles per minute into various sized bottles that range from 2.6 oz to 55 gallon drums and totes. More than 20,000,000 gallons are blended and packaged each year to produce more than 1,050 different products. OSP specializes in Custom Blending and Private Label Packaging of Lubricants & Chemicals for National and International Brands that you use everyday like Stihl, Lowe's, Home Depot and O'Reilly's. These products include light and heavy duty automotive lubricants, hydraulic and industrial fluids, automotive gear oils and automatic transmission fluids, brake fluids and specialized oils and greases.

Omni Industrial Solutions (OIS) was formed in 2008 to serve the Oil & Gas Industry in the Ark-La-Tex region. OIS specializes in Chemical Products, Services and Applications designed to enhance both well production and well protection. OIS is currently providing Chemical Solutions in the form of Production & Service Chemicals, High Pressure Treating Services, Specialized Lubricants for Compression & Gathering Operations, Commodities for Low Temperature Applications and much more, to major operators and service providers in the area.

Pratt Industries Paper Mill & Recycling Facility
Pratt Industries is America's 6th largest paper and packaging company, with more than 3500 highly-skilled employees dedicated to the environment and sustainability. Pratt was founded in the USA some 20 years ago and, since then, has shown dramatic growth with sophisticated manufacturing facilities now in more than 20 states. Pratt Industries continues to expand. Red River Terminals
Red River Terminals is a $12+ million petroleum distribution complex leasing 32 acres. It includes a liquid storage terminal with related $1+ million Port-owned dock, piping, ten tanks capable of 340,000 barrels of storage and four-bay automated truck racks.

- The company was the Port's first tenant and remains the highest volume tenant.
- In April of 2000, Red River Terminals handled the Port's One Millionth Ton of cargo.
- In September of 2002, Red River Terminals handled the Port's Two Millionth Ton of Cargo.
- Davison Terminal Services, Inc. purchased 100% of Red River Terminal's in 2004.

Southern Composite Yachts
Southern Composite Yachts (SCY) is a Louisiana Corporation that began operation at The Port of Caddo-Bossier in 2002 with the lease in The Port's transit shed that is used as a temporary staging area for the production custom build 45-85 foot sport fishing catamarans carrying a price tag in the $1 million range. The company's port site provides for quick and easy delivery of completed vessels. Most of the yachts produced at The Port are shipped to customers along the Gulf Coast and the eastern seabord. After market support and service is also provided from the company's port site, adding a strong competitive advantage for the product line.
Ternium
An international steel company, Ternium manufactures a wide range of products through integrated processes that involve the extraction of iron ore from its own mines. These products include semi-finished steel, flat-rolled products, long products, welded tubes and beams, and roll-formed products.
Ternium's Shreveport plant produces coated steel products. The facility includes a metal coating line that produces galvanized and galvalume coated steel coils; and a continuous paint line that produces painted steel coils.
Built on a 75-acre site, the facility began operations in April of 2006. As of June 2008 it consists of more than 338,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. Consistent with plans to make Shreveport the company's U.S. operations headquarters, the company is in the process of both office and manufacturing expansions that are expected to exceed an additional 30,000 square feet by the end of 2009.

T.G. Mercer Consulting Services, Inc. is the primary provider of oil and gas pipeline pipe unloading, racking, storage, and stringing for the Haynesville Shale. A 100-year old national company, T.G. TruSouth Oil
A locally owned company, TruSouth Oil has an 90,000 square foot facility located on a fifteen acre tract. The facility manufactures and packages engine oils, hydraulic fluid, gear oils, transmission fluid and functional/chemicals. Equipped with state-of-the-art fully automated equipment technology, the company current employs 45-50 employees. The 1.6 million gallon bulk liquid storage facility affords TruSouth Oil the flexibility to inventory a wide range of raw materials that can be used to blend an array of lubricants and chemicals to meet varying market demands and allows for ‘economies' of scale to assure availability of product at competitive pricing. Product package sizes range from 4-once to 55-gallon drums as well as bulk. The focus market is distributors, oil marketers, grocery chains, automotive warehouses and hardware specialty businesses.
