Industrial Park Location

• Traveling West on I-20
  1. From I-20, Exit onto I-49 South
  2. From I-49, Exit onto 3132 East (Inner Loop Expressway) at Exit 201
  3. Proceed on 3132 east until it dead ends at LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop)
  4. Turn left onto LA 526.
  5. Stay on 526 until the intersection with Youree Drive/Louisiana Hwy. 1 (There will be a Wal-Mart Super Center on your right).
  6. Turn right onto Youree Drive/LA Hwy. 1. Drive approximately 7.5 miles to Francis Bickham Boulevard (Port truck entrance). This road is approximately 1 mile south of the Port water tower, which is visible from Hwy. 1.
  7. Proceed on Francis Bickham until the road reaches a dead-end “Y”. Turn left.
  8. Upon immediately approaching another stop sign, turn left again on Doug Attaway Boulevard.
  9. The Port dock is located just past the blue warehouse building on your right.

  
  
• Traveling East on I-20
  1. From I-20, Exit onto 3132 East at Exit 11
  2. Proceed on 3132 East until it dead ends at LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop)
  3. Turn left onto LA 526.
  4. Stay on 526 until the intersection with Youree Drive/Louisiana Hwy. 1 (There will be a Wal-Mart Super Center on your right).
  5. Turn right onto Youree Drive/LA Hwy. 1. Drive approximately 7.5 miles to Francis Bickham Boulevard (Port truck entrance). This road is approximately 1 mile south of the Port water tower, which is visible from Hwy. 1.
  6. Proceed on Francis Bickham until the road reaches a dead end “Y”. Turn left.
  7. Upon immediately approaching another stop sign, turn left again on Doug Attaway Boulevard.
  8. The Port dock is located just past the blue warehouse building on your right.

  
  In the event you miss the 3132 Exit, you can continue traveling east, take the I-49 south exit and follow the directions listed above for traveling west on I-20.
  
  
• Traveling North on I-49
  If traveling from south of Mansfield
  

  1. From I-49, take the U.S. Hwy. 84 (Mansfield) exit. After exiting, turn right (heading east)
  2. U.S. 84 will dead end into LA. Hwy. 1. Turn left (heading north).
  3. Proceed on Hwy. 1 for approximately 20 miles.
  4. Shortly after Hwy. 1 changes from 2 land undivided to 4 lane divided, you will see Francis Bickham Blvd. on you right. From the highway, you can see two above ground liquid storage tank farms.
  5. Turn right and Proceed on Francis Bickham until the road reaches a dead end “Y”. Turn left.
  6. Upon immediately approaching another stop sign, turn left again on Doug Attaway Boulevard.
  7. The Port dock is located just past the blue warehouse building on your right.

  
  If traveling from north of Mansfield
  

  1. From I-49, take the LA. 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop) exit. After exiting, turn right.
  2. Stay on 526 until the intersection with Youree Drive/Louisiana Hwy. 1 (There will be a Wal-Mart Super Center on your right).

• Traveling from the Shreveport Regional Airport
  1. Upon departing the Airport at the traffic signal, continue straight on Monkhouse Drive until the intersection of I-20.
  2. Cross over the interstate, turn left and take the I-20 west on ramp.
  3. Immediately after getting onto I-20, take the 3132 east exit.
  4. Proceed on 3132 east until it dead ends at LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop)
  5. Turn left onto LA 526.
  6. Stay on 526 until the intersection with Youree Drive/Louisiana Hwy. 1 (There will be a Wal-Mart Super Center on your right).

• Traveling South on U.S. 71
  1. U.S. 71 and LA. Hwy. 1 become the same highway upon entering Shreveport.
  2. Exit Hwy. 1 onto I-220 West.
  3. I-220 will become LA. 3132 upon crossing I-20. Continue on 3132.
  4. Proceed on 3132 east until it dead ends at LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop)
  5. Turn left onto LA 526.
  6. Stay on 526 until the intersection with Youree Drive/Louisiana Hwy. 1 (There will be a Wal-Mart Super Center on your right).

  4. Turn left onto LA-523 / E Flournoy Lucas Road
  5. Stay on LA-523 / E Flournoy Lucas Road approx. 1.3 miles
  6. Turn right onto Youree Drive/LA Hwy 1 South. Drive approx. 4 miles
  7. Turn left onto Doug Attaway Blvd/Gate C (just past the Port water tower)
  8. The Port of Caddo-Bossier Regional Commerce Center is approx. 0.4 miles and is the glass building on the left.
  
  
• Traveling East on I-20
  1. From I-20, Exit onto LA-3132 East (Inner Loop Expressway) via Exit 11
  2. Proceed on LA-3132 East until it dead ends at LA-523 (Flournoy Lucas) via Exit 10
  3. Turn left onto LA-523 / E Flournoy Lucas Road
  4. Stay on LA-523 / E Flournoy Lucas Road approx. 1.3 miles
  5. Turn right onto Youree Drive/LA Hwy 1 South. Drive approx. 4 miles
  6. Turn left onto Doug Attaway Blvd/Gate C (just past the Port water tower)
  7. The Port of Caddo-Bossier Regional Commerce Center is approx. 0.4 miles and is the glass building on the left

  
  In the event you miss the LA-3132 Exit, you can continue traveling east, take the I-49 South via Exit 17B and follow the directions listed above for traveling west on I-20.
  
  
• Traveling North on I-49
  If traveling from south of Mansfield
  

  1. From I-49, take the US Hwy 84 (Mansfield) exit. After exiting, turn right (heading east)
  2. US Hwy 84 will dead end into LA Hwy 1. Turn left (heading north)
  3. Proceed on LA Hwy 1 for approximately 20 miles
  4. Shortly after LA Hwy 1 changes from 2 lane undivided to 4 lane divided, you will see the Port water tower
  5. Just before the Port water tower you will turn right on Doug Attaway Blvd (Gate C)
  6. The Port of Caddo-Bossier Regional Commerce Center is approx. 0.4 miles and is the glass building on the left

  
  If traveling from north of Mansfield
  

  1. From I-49, Exit onto LA-175 via Exit 186
  2. In approx. 8.9 miles turn right to stay on LA-175 North (Frierson)
  3. Turn left onto LA Hwy 1 North
  4. Shortly after LA Hwy 1 changes from 2 lane undivided to 4 lane divided, you will see the Port water tower
  5. Just before the Port water tower you will turn right on Doug Attaway Blvd (Gate C)
  6. The Port of Caddo-Bossier Regional Commerce Center is approx. 0.4 miles and is the glass building on the left
