Industrial Park Greenfield Sites


The Port offers several Greenfield sites ready for industrial development. Some sites have direct rail and barge access. Paved roads run either to the site or its boundary line. Utilities are set up or can be made ready within 180 days. Some sites have direct rail and barge access and rail spurs can be added as required.
